So close to Skegness

Got a bit lost finding caravan but think that was us mis reading map

Not far away from skegness not even 5 mins away in a taxi. Great location. Clean and modern caravan. Communication between summer dreams and myself has been exceptional kept in contact and answered all the questions I asked (and I asked alot) 🤣🤣

The location was good

On opening the caravan door it didn't smell good it smelt like an old peoples home, not the smell you would expect if it had just been cleaned, The caravans hoover bag was full and hadn't been emptied, the waste bin was full and hadn't been emptied and there was the remains of ketchup in the bottom. one of the curtains was hanging off the rail. Most of the loose cushions had stains/marks on them. The double bed duvet seemed too big to fit properly in the duvet cover and the duvet cover zip was broken and the duvet kept sliding out. There was a broken blind in the toilet, literally a piece missing and the blinds generally were not good and not fitted right. The seat covers on the settees were worn and fraying, hence they tried to cover them with fleeces. The fixtures and fittings generally needed changing/updating. There was definitely a lack of professionalism/pride in the way it was presented.

Well equipped kitchen had two toilets and location was great too.

People coming in after we checked in to the accommodation.

Clean and homely. Very happy it was available for our pet dog. Well equipped. Good location and grounds were well manicured.
