Pumba Private Game Reserve

Everything. I have yet to experience a holiday like this one. The game drives were phenomenal. They loveeee what they do. The lodge staff were super friendly and the accommodative itself it’s beautiful and comfortable. The spa experience was out of this world. I hate having the staff hounding you to buy the facial products used on you after but I wanted the balm used on my face after and they said they don’t sell the product. Imagine🤭

Sehr gut geführtes Game Reserve, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lodge ist absolut luxuriös und hat einen atemberaubenden Blick direkt in den Busch. Wir konnten viele Tiere direkt vom privaten Pool aus beobachten. Auch die Game Drives und unser Guide waren einmalig. :)

Dass wir nur zwei Nächte da waren.

C était exceptionnel. Les chambres, le service , les repas. Les soins du spa étaient également exceptionnels.

Nous n’avons pas eu de chance sur notre ranger. Il n’était pas agréable et ne nous donnait vraiment aucune explication. Cela a été le seul point négatif de notre séjour mais pour un lodge d un tel standing c est très dommage.

Alles. Punkt!! Die Lodges sind wunderschön, das Essen gut, der Service hervorragend und wir sind uns sicher mit MC den besten Ranger für die Game Drives zugeteilt bekommen zu haben. Jede Fahrt war ein Highlight und sowohl aufregend, spannend, informativ und Entertainment in einem. Wir können das Pumba von Herzen empfehlen!! Tipp: Wer zusätzlich zu den Game Drives die angebotenen Aktivitäten (Sterne gucken, Bogenschießen) wahrnehmen möchte sollte dies beim ersten Treffen des zugeteilten Rangers direkt ausmachen :) Raucherinfo: Nichtraucherzimmer, aber Rauchen auf der privaten Terrasse ist erlaubt und es gibt Raucherbereiche in den öffentlichen Bereichen.

Das Personal, die Lodge, die Tiere, einfach unglaublich! Ich muss da wieder hin.

There are two lodges I recommend the water lodge although the rooms are older the view over the lake is amazing

Last visited 20 years ago and the foliage has grown so as to block out the view across the lake, they need to cut back the trees and bushes

Everything!! The lodges are outstanding, spacious and provide incredible views. It feels luxurious despite being on the reserve. The staff were super polite and provided a great service. Philip, our ranger, was fantastic and we had the best few days on our drives with him - memories that we will cherish forever. Honestly, can’t fault it.

As a vegetarian, I found the mains for dinner a little underwhelming but my husband as a meat eater loved every bite!
