Breakfast was not included and the location was very isolated. But the accommodation was comfortable.

We paid upfront for the two days, but the owner insisted we pay a £100 confirmation deposit, which we did. This hasn't been paid back yet and we cannot get in touch with him or the property. Not very acceptable.
