Lantana ex Villa Americana

The location

I have stayed in many apartments around the world, including during my current travels, but this was a very unusual and disappointing experience. This is my first negative review, as I am normally not very demanding. Upon arrival, I immediately felt like I was entering someone’s private home rather than a prepared rental. The apartment also did not match the photos at all. I had booked a two-room apartment with a double bed, but instead I was given a room with two single beds and no window. It felt more like a bunker. The room smelled musty, and there were wet towels left in the shower and on a chair. After complaining that I felt misled, I was moved to the correct apartment, but without any apology. The new apartment was much cleaner and more comfortable to stay in. However, there was no working WiFi or cable connection on the TV (which was important for me as I specifically booked a place with a TV to watch the World Cup at night), and also issues with my mobiles wifi. When I raised this, I was told I needed to connect the wifi network on the stairs first, which was not practical for a TV setup. The host was responsive, but did not feel very helpful. In the end, I had to purchase extra mobile data just to be able to watch the matches on my phone.

Ein sehr freundlicher Vermieter und eine sehr geräumige Wohnung. Kann ich nur empfehlen.Auch das empfohlene Restaurant" OK "am Meer war sehr gut.

Lokacija jeste blizu magistralnog puta, ali je svejedno ipak dalje od obale za tako mali grad. Svakako nije daleko. Jedinica je prostrana i ima dovoljno mesta.
