It was a nice quiet location

The furniture (couch and bed) were broken, the kids couldn't play on the grass area as it was full of prickly weeds that hadn't been mowed. The bins were overflowing. And not enough in the kitchen to supply the amount of people staying, we had to take turns with cups

The place was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. It suited us as a group of 2 older couples and their daughters and their husbands. Also appreciated the supplied toiletries.

The lounge was very uncomfortable, ,(broken springs across both lounges) and there was only dining chairs for 4, yet says it accommodates 8, and limited glasses and coffee cups. No wifi, yet the modem was on site. Also the waste disposal system was broken and smelly.

It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Place is new and modern. Showers are good with good pressure.

It was very hot upstairs needs oscillating fans also needs more stuff in the kitchen ie bowls (salad),dishcloths, pegs, coat hangers. The couches are very tired and uncomfortable. Not all of the bedrooms have bedside lamps. The code pad on the front door is so badly scratched you could not see the numbers so it was really hard to get in and there was no help from the staff, they either didnt answer the phone or if they did they couldnt help. We had to leave the back door unlocked as we were worried we wouldnt get the front door open again.

It was close to everything.

The beds were hard a rock the couches we couldnt sit on them because the springs were poking into you upstairs was so hot because no aircon there was ants in the kitchen and cocoraches everywere the windows had no flyscreens.

It was well appointed with superior fixtures and fittings. The beds were very comfortable and the secure garage was a bonus. Location was perfect for our needs. In the middle of 9 townhouses but still very quiet.

There was nowhere to sit outside and the weather was lovely. It could do with some full size dinner plates too. All very minor and suggestions only

Owners might not be aware, Apartment needs a deep clean, no garage remote, and lounge room couches were disgraceful, impossible to sit on, very little cutlery, and glasses
