Everything. So much to comment on. Settees were stained and you could feel the springs in the cushions. The house could sleep up to 8 people but only crockery etc. and seating (dining and lounge) for 4 people. No forks in the cutlery drawer (or anywhere). No coat hangers in the wardrobes. Stains and crumbs on the dining chairs and floor. Grass in the back yard completely overgrown. The worst property I’ve ever seen and we had to cancel and find alternative accommodation for 6 people elsewhere. It was a total let down and inconvenience.

The bed was comfortable and bedroom was good size: 8/10 The place was quite tidy: 8/10 The location was good(but you need a car): 7/10 The kitchen was good and had all the things we needed: 8/10 The host replied to messages quickly: 8/10

The garage was terrible. The host specified that we could use the garage, but we only found out when we arrived that we had to open the door by manually pulling it with force(they disabled the remote control for the garage). The door was so heavy that it was impossible for my partner to open it herself. The information was not shared to us until the day of check-in. I expected a garage accessible with remote control given that its a new build: 2/10 The front door electronic keypad stopped working completely one night when we came home. We called the host to fix the problem. He tried to help but implied that it was our fault (eg. us leaving through the garage, or tempering with the locks) his attitude was not great over the phone and said it will take him an hour to arrive. it was late at night and we said it was ridiculous and he said 'what more do you want me to do'. we had to wait in the rain and cold weather for almost an hour. After he arrived, he checked the lock and fixed it by resetting the lock and then he replaced the batteries. We still don't know what the issue was, and didn't get any explanation or apology. Although the issue was fixed, the overall experience was ruined by the host's attitude: 3/10 There was no air conditioning in the rooms as the description said. Only air conditioner in the living room. It was quite hot and lacked ventilation: 5/10 The shower pressure was weak and one of the shower door swings into the toilet seat (could be hazardous) one of the toilets did not have the soap refilled: 5/10 overall the accommodation was in good condition and location, but the garage made it inconvenient and impossible to open for some people. The issues with the door was fixed but it ruined our overall experience with the accommodation.

The cleanliness and location was great! Each room had 2 towels each which was really great for the stay. The staff were really helpful as we ran into a few problems and they were very quick to respond.

The garage door needed to be opened manually. Which was quite hard. Needed more utensils in the kitchen. It had the bare minimum.
