Breakfast was better that in other hotels with the same price range.

Heating was listed in the amenities, but it was not working. Also an electrical heater was denied. In October the nights are cold already, so it was a problem. Room with "city view" means that you get a room with windows facing a noisy street.

Hospitality! The main advantage of the hotel is the staff! super nice and helpful! 😊 It’s the first time when I’m so grateful to the staff even though I have travelled rather a lot! special thanks to Mrs Elif Belgi! She made everything to make our stay pleasant. also beds were comfortable. the location was good for us. although it is not close to the old city - it is only 20 minutes walk. but our main goals were canyon and cave - and they are anyway far from the center. Ms Elif helped us A LOT with a taxi, I don’t know how we’d come back to the hotel without her help)). there are a lot cafes and restaurants nearby. and the bus station is not far too (what was very convenient!)

the building inside seems to be under construction even though it is not… the bathroom was rather strange (too small and toilet is too close to the shower) and it could be cleaner… but I’m not sure it is not the common thing for the hotels in such an ancient town
