We were granted permission for an early check-in, and the responsiveness of the staff was commendable. The apartment's proximity to the city center was very convenient. There was an ample supply of plates and dishes, suitable for preparing meals at home or enjoying breakfast. While the bed was comfortable, the sofa appeared to be rather large for the room's dimensions and not ideally suited for sleeping arrangements. The apartment is situated in a tranquil area, ensuring a peaceful night's rest without any disturbances.

Upon our arrival, we encountered a broken locker box, which unfortunately meant we did not have access to the apartment keys. We had to wait approximately 45 minutes in the cold for someone to deliver an alternative key. During our stay, a time was scheduled for the apartment lock to be changed, requiring us to be present. However, this appointment was canceled just 10 minutes before the scheduled time. We were also concerned about who else might have had keys to the apartment, which made us feel a bit uneasy during our visit. The area seems to be very bizarre.( with all the homeless people) It is located on a very steep spot with a lot of stairs, not convenient if you have big luggage or a stroller with you. Additionally, the apartment was not equipped with cleaning materials, hand soap, or shampoo, only dishwashing liquid. We also found that we were unable to operate more than two high-demanding electric devices (the stove, heaters, hairdryer, and water boiler) simultaneously, as the combined electrical demand would trip the circuit breaker, which was quite inconvenient.

Era accogliente ed abbastanza grande. La cucina era completa.

La vue de la chambre et du salon était jolie. Il y avait pas mal d’espace. L’appartement est plutôt bien placé, et la ruelle est plutôt calme. (Sauf en bas, trafic) pas conseillé pour des jeunes seules.

Les draps n’étaient pas propres et le canapé-lit est très inconfortable. En hiver, le logement ne dispose que de chauffages d’appoint. La ruelle est difficilement accessible avec une grande valise (ce qui semble assez courant à Lisbonne). Une arrivée entre minuit et 1h entraîne un supplément de 50 €, auquel s’ajoutent 60 € de frais de ménage non inclus. Il est conseillé de se rendre directement à l’adresse de l’appartement afin d’éviter des détours inutiles dans Lisbonne. (Uniquement ceux qui arrivent de nuit). Globalement, ce n’est pas la meilleure expérience.

La distancia a las atracciones turisticas es muy buena

Habia algunos problemas con la ducha y el bidé, el agua se salia y el desagüe rezumaba. La zona tenia alguna gente "dudosa", aunque en realidad no tuvimos ningun problema con ella.

La comodidad y limpieza

La ubicación. Difícil acceso a persona mayor o con minusvalía. No llega el coche hasta la puerta

Non siamo stati avvertiti che le chiavi andavano presi in un posto diverso dall'appartamento. La posizione per prendere le chiavi era molto lontano dall'appartamento. Non era richiesto preventivamente che necessitavano le copie delle carte di identità di tutti gli ospiti. L'apertura del divano letto era possibile solo smontando la mensola. L'appartamento non è proponibile per 4 persone.

Dobra lokalizacja, blisko atrakcji.

Wynajęliśmy mieszkanie dla trzech osób, na miejscu okazało się, że posłanie dla trzeciej osoby w ogóle nie jest przyszykowane. Znaleźliśmy w szufladzie jakąś zapasową kołdrę i jej użyliśmy. Kanapa w salonie w ogóle się nie rozkłada, więc jedna osoba musiała spać na materacu położonym na podłodze.

L’appartement est très joli, bien agencé et suffisamment spacieux pour 3 à 4 personnes. Plutôt propre. Le lit est confortable. Il y avait la plupart des choses dont nous avions besoin contrairement à ce que j’avais pu lire (dosettes de café, liquide vaisselle…).

Le quartier n’est pas très rassurant, plusieurs locaux nous ont dit de faire vraiment très attention. Devoir aller à l’agence pour récupérer les clés est aussi assez pénible. Par contre pour quitter le logement il suffit de laisser les clés à l’intérieur ce qui est un bon point. Attention lors de votre réservation : les frais de ménage ne sont pas inclus dans le prix affiché sur Booking, ils sont prélevés directement sur votre compte. Pour notre part ils s’élevaient à 65€ pour un séjour de 3j à 3 personnes. Ce n’est pas dramatique mais ce serait bien de le préciser clairement. Le clic clac n’est pas très confortable.

Mieszkanie czyste i blisko atrakcji oraz komunikacji miejskiej, Ładnie urządzone z ciekawymi obrazami na ścianach, nie patrząc w dół 🥴tylko w górę rozciąga się piękny widok na miasto.😍

Przejście uliczką w okolicach od strony balkonów, nie polecam a zwłaszcza wieczorem, klamka w łazience do naprawy i jeden kontakt w kuchni grozi spięciem. Odebranie kluczy w zupełnie innym miejscu od miejsca docelowego, dla osób które nie znają miasta a to raczej większość, stanowi pewien problem bo łatwo sie zgubić, na drzwiach mieszkania brak nr.Klucze do drzwi też trzeba ogarnąć jak działają i dużo do tego trzeba cierpliwości.
