I arrived before 8 PM for check-in, only to find a cheap piece of paper on the door saying the reception was closed for 24 hours. No email, no message, no warning — nothing. I was alone in a country I don’t know, and this situation made me really sad and anxious. To make things worse, they still haven’t refunded me. Truly unacceptable. God sees everything.
