They are scammers. I booked a room with a private bathroom, and when I arrived, they told me not only that they didn’t have any rooms with a private bathroom, but that they didn’t have any room for me at all. When I asked for a refund, instead of approving it quickly, I had to waste an hour calling and then wait five days to get my money back.
