Location was good, modern furnishing

The apartment is quite compact but well styled, the bedroom has a double bed that felt a bit cramped given my height (5’8”) and my boyfriend’s (6’2”). The mattress was on the firm side but I like that. We experienced quite a bit of noise from neighbours. We paid £15 for a parking permit, but there was no available street parking, so we had to use a public car park instead. On the plus side, the location is great and the host was responsive and let us check in at 2pm. Would recommend.

The accommodation is clean but very sparse in the level of equipment supplied, a small investment by the owner would bring to an acceptable standard, no wine glasses as example, a basic pack with tea towel and kitchen roll to wash up etc Some maintenance the bedroom door squeals in opening no quite trip to the bathroom at night, door catch to keep open broken. For the price paid just bit lacking in all areas.

amazing 1-bedroom vacation stay in a prime location, literal minutes from the "beach". The communication was very easy and prompt, and self-check-in was flawless. The place is rather elegantly furnished, and makes one feel truly at home. It is also in a quiet side-street with parking spots for motorcycles right in front, which worked well for me.

As is normal in the UK, the walls are thin. So depending on other guests and neighbours, it can be a bit noisy in the nights or mornings.

Good location in Kemptown

We had such a lovely stay here, excellent value for money and a great location. The apartment was very clean, had good amenities and was very comfy. We will definitely be coming back here as we often stay at Brighton. The check in process was made very easy and the owner kept in touch with everything we needed for our stay.

Location was perfect as was the price - if you are in Kemptown for the weekend dont book a B&B this is the place!

Only really minor thing was to maybe put a tag on the key - I put it down and couldn’t find it (luckily I did) just to make it a bit more visible for silly people like me. :)

As everywhere in Brighton parking is not the easiest
