Beautiful apartment. Lovely decor. Excellent location. Great communication with owner.

the apartment was lovey, very high end furniture with designer chairs and lighting. i loved the exposed chimney breast and solid oak flooring. The apartment was very clean and modern. The location was superb, just 2 minutes to the beech and a 10 minute walk to town centre. The host Emma was a dream and tended to all our questions.

The support/hosts are excellent and I can't fault their speedy responses and how well they run the property. I needed to change my dates and they did it with ease and were very responsive. I also followed up about my stay and how disappointed I was and their response was again, very speedy and also very thorough, addressing all my points. Location and wifi worked well.

I'm surprised it has such good reviews because there was a stale smell of cigarettes throughout the property, things were not as clean as expected (towel with a stain), the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable and the noise from the upstairs neighbours/guests was kind of unbearable. I paid £160 a night and didn't end up staying the second night because it just wasn't a nice play to stay and I'd had such a bad night's sleep.

This is a lovely modern apartment. Clean and fresh. It is in a good location. Emily and another young man, forgotten his name sorry, were very helpful,nothing was too much trouble. There was tea coffee and milk sachets left for our arrival, towels provided, also hand soap and shower gel, very impressive. Shops close by for groceries if you want them My husband was pleased to have a TV.

The things we didn't like were trivial. People walking past on the stairs were noisy at times. The front door slammed at times it is something we were guilty of as it's on a strong hinge. Also sometimes parking wasn't found close enough for us because we have disability's None of these would put us off booking this again.

Lovely clean apartment, perfect for a couple. Location nice and quiet away from any noise but close enough to get to everything.
