Beyond Nomad Luxury Hostel

Such a beautiful hostel! Was so new and clean. The view of Ella Rock was breath taking. The staff were very friendly and helped with transport at a cheap price. The breakfast was really good with lots of options. Beds very comfy with private curtains. Restaurant onsite with wood fired pizzas! Would go back just for the pizza alone! It was amazing ! Would highly recommend!

phenomenal hostel. very comfortable, everything is well-maintained, clean, good quality. comfort in the room, place to relax outside, a scenic terrace, restaurant with good food, great staff who will respond kindly to your needs. I had great stay there.

It was a very nice stay. the beds were big and the most comfortable I had this far in Sri Lanka, the bathroom was attached to my dorm. They had an astonishing view at Ella Rock out of the dormsand from their rooftop-terrace, where they served me a nice breakfast with lots of fruits and toast with fried egg. The attached Cafe had a billard-table and a western-style kitchen, I liked the pizza there. They opened just some months ago, everything was new and clean. The staff was friendly and some 8-year old boys living next to the hostel teached me how to play cricket 🙂 I can definitely recommend it!

They just opened some month ago, so there weren't a lot of other tourists there as i the hostel isn't that known right now. But I could meet other travelers at pubs in Ella easily and actual liked that the hostel was quite calm therefore as well

I highly recommend this hostel for anyone visiting Ella. The hosts are very kind and helped me decide on the best activities to do in the area. The hostel is new, very clean, and everything, including the shower, is great. The beds are very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast was fantastic, and they have a great bar and pizza restaurant on-site, offering cold beers and delicious pizzas at very reasonable prices—a perfect spot to relax. The location is excellent, just a 5-10 minute walk from Ella's center, with the Nine Arches Bridge nearby. All in all, a great value for the price!

The staff was amazing, they were so nice to us throughout our entire stay including arranging tours arround Ella and the father even drove us to a waterfall himself while telling all kinds of facts about the country and region. The room and bathroom were very clean and there were lockers for everybody. The hostel is at a 10-minute walking distance to Ella city centre which was perfect. For us, breakfast was included which was amazing, fresh fruit and toast with eggs however you like them every morning while looking at the most beautiful view in Ella. I highly recommend this hostel to anybody planning a visit to Ella.

The property was still very new, only open a few days when we arrived, so it was still pretty quiet bit that didn’t matter to is because you’re so close to the city centre! I’m sure it will get much more busy soon because the hostel is great!
