"Lovely and warm"

Loved the view plus the heating of the house was great. Lovely they provided slippers as you couldn’t wear shoes inside

I didn’t like the windows at front of house had no curtains so there was no privacy even my daughter didn’t feel comfortable

Amazing oceanfront location with a great beach for exploring right across the road and all amenities including a New World only a few minutes drive. Don't judge the house from the outside! It is interesting and incredible inside with lots of lovely touches like a family set of slippers!! Views are like moving artwork and has everything you need for a self contained and very comfortable stay. Large bathtub, great lighting, super warm and cosy. Gorgeous decor and rugs, beds were great and the minor issue we had with the oven was quickly resolved with the host super fast to respond! Can't wait to return!

It is right on quite a busy road so just note there is traffic going past during the day, but wouldn't stop us from booking again!

The views were expansive and stunning. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and orgnised. The host was lovely to talk with. The location was very convenient to Wellington city and suburbs, Airport, lookouts, walks, and local shopping centre with cafes and restaurants (short drive).

"Gorgeous"

Beautiful views. Hundreds of dolphins graced the bay right in front of us on our first morning. Ruth was the lovely and caring hostess making sure we had the best of everything. Very special energy in the house with calming indoor fountain. Absolutely recommend this Airbnb!!

Lights took a bit of getting used to. Haven’t experienced a system like it before so it was somewhat confusing despite having it explained.
