The property was so spacious, it was equipped with everything you need , the staff were so kind There was a security guards that work 24/7 and helped us with calling the taxi that also works with the property that make sure that we will get back at the property with the same driver and taxi . The owner of the property helped us with everything and was really kind , breakfast and food ordered at launch was amazing . It was a comfortable and safe stay

The villa was amazing, true to pictures and even exceeding in some aspects. Ricardo was an excellent host and always only a text away. The breakfast was exceptional with a variation of fruits, eggs, bread, pastries, cakes, fresh juice, yoghurt, milk and sandwiches everyday. The rooms were clean on arrival and cleaned every day. The location was perfect for us as we wanted a quiet beach area to relax. There are restaurants all up and down the beach within easy walking distance and shops + more restaurants just 5 minutes taxi away in Paje. The swimming pool was a dream, we spent relaxing afternoons and evening in the water, a welcome escape from the heat. We loved it and we will definitely be back.

Our beach villa in Zanzibar was heaven! with sand between our toes and turquoise waters at our doorstep. Sea and pool ✨ What made our stay truly exceptional was the warm embrace of the owner, Ricardo. His genuine passion for hospitality and deep connection with the island elevated our experience. Ricardo's personal touch extended to the mornings, where his amazing breakfasts became a cherished ritual. From tropical fruits to delectable pastries, each bite was a celebration of Zanzibar's flavors. Ricardo's dedication to guest satisfaction were evident in every detail, turning our beachside retreat into an unforgettable escape. We will definitely come back. Thank you Ricardo! We liked the cleanliness and layout of this large and well appointed villa. It was comfortable for two couples. There is plenty of room both inside and outside to relax and spread out. The host Rodrigo was responsive and friendly and willing to accommodate our late checkout request. The pool was refreshing and the breakfasts were excellent. You can walk the beach for miles. The villa was private and easy walking distance to restaurants. Good references for taxis and tours. There is a nearby small store to change money.

The area you drive through to get to the villa seemed daunting at first but it turned out ok. The beach-side was beautiful but the street-side is busy and unpleasant for tourists.

Privacy clean and comfortable

Rori luxury villa is one of my absolute favourite hotels that i have stayed in. Starting from the location, which is situated right on the beach, to the hospitality of the owners,Riccardo and Romina, is top tier 👌. It's a picturesque villa that has everything you need in it. The breakfast was amazing. And again ,the hospitality was beyong amazing . Thank you, Riccardo and Romina

Absolutely nothing

A lovely villa, kind staff, the owner was helpful. The breakfast was sumptuous, delicious! The location was very good, in walking distance of the restaurants and amenities of Paje, perfect for our family with teenagers.

The location with direct access on to a beautiful beach plus 5 mins taxi from Paje, where there’s plenty going on. The staff were all lovely. Ricardo was so quick to respond on everything, helpful and informative as he’s been in Zanzibar for so long. The breakfast was amazing delivered straight to our door. We had the private chef option, which was delicious and very reasonably priced. The villa was big and cool. Everything worked. The pool was lovely and we were very relaxed there with our 2 kids (a baby and a child)! Thanks to the team

Hard to think of anything but if I had to find something, it would be the slight smell in one of the bathrooms. It’s a minor draining issue, which didn’t bother us at all.

It’s a lovely spacious property right on Bwejju Beach - with enough privacy. Perfect for couples. The staff were warm and wonderful. Breakfast had a wide assortment.

The private front wall means you can’t look at the ocean from the living area. There’s not much not to like.

Everything was perfect, the hospitality was amazing, very clean very friendly... you really feel home and the privacy is amazing I advice for couples and honeymooners, even for group of friends is nice Mr. Riccardo gave us a brief about were to go and adviced us with the places that we can visit around the island Tha k you very much for your hospitality
