RoRi Private Luxury Villas

The house was bigger than expected, with spacious bedrooms and living room. Everything is brand new, well maintained and decorated with taste. Breakfast is big, generous and delicious. Pool side is chill, comfy, it's amazing to have a drink while sitting in the warm water surrounded by palm trees. Walk 5 meters and you'll be on the endless white beach, heaven-like sight. Riccardo welcomed us, extremely friendly, with many tips and extensive knowledge of the area. If you need anything, he'll help you very quickly. All in all a fantastic stay here, I'd spend a month here if I could!

We had a great time there and can only recommend it to everyone! House and garden are very spacious and clean with lots of privacy. The pool, terrace and garden are huge and we enjoyed every second there. Lots of great places to sit! Also Roberto and Ricardo are great hosts! They helped us with all we needed and were quick and friendly all the time. The breakfast was very good and plentifull, especially the fresh italian pastries we got every morning. We can only recommend it to everyone who wants to relax

Very nice villa on the beach side and clean, with a awesome big pool and garden we stay here 4 days and it was AMAZING, breakfest also so delicous, very nice staff and the owner is very friendly and helpfull with anything you need.

I rarely review but this property deserves an excellent rating. Our stay here was just wonderful. We were warmly welcomed. The spacious half of the house is furnished with a lot of love and we have not missed anything. It is located on the "nicer" side of the island with wonderful views and right off the private beach. Unlike the other accommodation we had in Zanzibar, all the basics you need to self cater were really there. In addition, there was a starter kit of breakfast groceries in the fridge and the fruit bowl was filled with fresh fruit when needed. Adriana took good care of us and was always available for questions. Mary cleaned and prepared our accommodation every day with lots of love. We felt very comfortable throughout. For the stay in Zanzibar I can only recommend the accommodation to everyone. Simone, Adriana thanks again for everything. You helped us have a really good time in Zanzibar.

We arrived with the property's private taxi. The owners were waiting for us. They are a very kind Italian family and very attentive to customers. They gave us all the information. We asked for the private chef for dinner by the pool. We stayed until night late with impeccable service.Very good food.Fantastic villa.Thank you for this experience.

We slept one night in this wonderful beachfront villa. We didn't think we would find such a luxurious residence in Zanzibar. The infinity pool in the garden is exceptional. Fantastic beach with sunbeds for exclusive use. The rooms are spacious and have all the comforts. The terrace where we had dinner is fantastic.
