Exclusive Gina's Apartment

Simone was an exceptional host! Always very prompt with communication, ready to help with anything I needed and full of fabulous suggestions about what to see and things to do during my stay. He also went above and beyond by picking me up from and dropping me off at the train station when I arrived/departed. The apartment itself was fabulously close to the historical centre, restaurants and shops as well as a daily market and was very well equipped and stylishly designed/decorated. Overall, a very comfortable place to call home while in Catania.

We spent an unforgettable week in the apartment. I don't like traveling because I'm a stickler for detail and usually worry that it won't be as clean as I'd like and I won't feel comfortable. Everything here was top-notch. Aside from the apartment's wonderful atmosphere and period decor, Simone deserves special mention. He was very open and helpful at every turn. He was our "guide" around the city and always offered advice. We hope to return next year :)

Elevator slow, bedroom and wc are on separate floors and there is a slight smell in the wc due to lack of ventilation.

El apartamento supera con creces las expectativas. No es lo mismo verlo en fotos que vivirlo: cada detalle está cuidado a la perfección. El trato de Simone es indescriptible; estuvo atento desde el primer minuto en que aterrizamos en Catania. Nos guió durante toda la estancia y estuvo pendiente de todo. El apartamento está en una ubicación inmejorable: cerca de todo y, al mismo tiempo, muy tranquilo. Sin duda, lo recomiendo con los ojos cerrados, y si regreso a Catania, será el alojamiento que escogeré sin dudarlo.

Квартира просторная и очень комфортная, есть все, что нужно. Отличное расположение, в самом центре города. Если путешествуете на машине, платная парковка в 7 минутах ходьбы. Маленький магазинчик напротив подъезда, супермаркет побольше в 10 минутах, рынок работает практически каждое утро и находится в двух шагах от дома. Огромное спасибо Simone за гостеприимство!

Top Lage! Gleich ums Eck Via Etna zum Shoppen. Obwohl man in der Straße auch sehr viel gute Geschäfte gibt! Der große Markt ein paar Meter entfernt. Bushaltestelle, Villa Bellini, Lebensmittelgeschäft in 2-3 Minuten. Alles war super! Der Gastgeber war mit Abstand der freundlichste den ich hatte! Das Appartement ist liebevoll dekoriert und man fühlt sich sehr wohl, wie wenn man zuhause wäre! Gepäck hätten wir stehen lassen können, war aber nicht notwendig, da wir sogar länger bleiben durften! Apartment im 3 Stock. Wir sind immer zu Fuß gegangen. Aufzug haben wir nur bei der Ankunft genutzt, da man schneller zu Fuß ist und so hat man ja auch genug Bewegung!

The host met us at the airport and took us to the stunning apartment, showing us how everything operated. He helped with tips on sights to see, restaurants to visit and more. He helped make our stay exceptional.

This was the BEST place we stayed in all of Italy!!! The apartment was absolutely stunning! It was so spacious, clean, comfortable, and the artwork there was like a museum. The refrigerator was fully stocked, the AC worked perfectly, and the location was close to shopping, parks, restaurants, and a grocery store around the corner. The bed was comfortable and the artwork on the ceiling was unforgettable. Our host, Simone, was unbelievably accommodating! Thank you for making our vacation so memorable!!!

Everything was extraordinary! There was nothing to dislike.
