Exclusive Gina's Apartment

What a fantastic stay we had at Gina's apartment. The apartment was beautifully decorated and of course the painted ceiling was spectacular. Simone was the perfect host. He collected us from the train station and provided lots of recommendations for activities, eating and drinking. Excellent location, safe and secure entrance. A Real Treat!!!!

This is an amazing home which has been lovingly restored by Simone . It is spacious and an oasis in Catania. Facilities are modern, clean and easily accessible via a lift. Simone is a delightful and caring host and offers many suggestions to enjoy Catania . We stayed a week and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves .

Simone has an amazing apartment in the heart of Catania. You are surrounded by authentic Sicilian restaurants and all the highlights of the city are in walking distance. Simone was a great host and gave us many useful recommendations. Highly recommended!

I really love Exclusive Gina’s Apartment. The ceiling above the bed was beautifully decorated. it’s a very spacious, clean place.The location is excellent, near restaurants, outdoor markets, shops and all historical landmarks. The owner,Simon, was exceptionally nice, helpful and accommodating. He not only allowed me to check in at 10:30am instead of 4pm, he offered to pick me up from the airport. I was very happy about it. He gave me many good suggestions for restaurants, beautiful places to visit around that area. Overall my 5 days staying there was amazing and memorable. I would love to come back.

Everything about Gina's Apartment was perfect. Simone is an excellent host, a gentleman. He gave us lots of great advice on places to visit, where to eat, how to get there and was always available to answer any questions. The apartment is an excellent location to visit Catania and the surrounding area from. The bus station and train station are within walking distance, possibly a bit awkward with suitcases, and the airport bus stops only a few minutes away. The central location means everything is on your doorstep, all the key tourist spots a few minutes walk, and the main market only one street away. Despite being in the heart of the city, the apartment is very quiet. With so many places to eat, we didn't cook in the apartment at all, but the kitchen looked well equipped. Simone had a lovely welcome bottle of wine waiting for us, and food, coffee, and juices stocked for breakfast. If Gina's Apartment is available for our next visit(s) to Sicily, we will definitely stay there again.

A lovely spacious apartment, nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. The historic painted ceiling is beautiful as are all the furnishings. Simone is a great host, readily on hand to provide information as required. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Catania.

Simone our host went above and beyond, he picked us up from the airport and took us to the most exquisite apartment we have ever stayed in. The breakfast was fantastic, which also included a lovely bottle of red wine to sip in the evening. The area is really nice with lovely restaurants and a beautiful park on the door step. The bed was really comfortable and the shower worked really well. We would have no hesitation to recommend this apartment to family and friends and would definitely book again if visiting Catania 😀
