"Bel appartement bien situé."

Beau logement. Beaucoup d'espace. Balcon avec vue sur les rues environnantes. Très central. Bon rapport qualité-prix.

Matelas trop durs. Bruit de rue parfois tard le soir. Il faut utiliser des escaliers (appartement au 2e étage).

Noch schöner wäre es , wenn ein Schlafzimmer abgetrennt wäre.

"I would recommend!"

We booked this apartment last minute and it was the best decision. Location was great, in the centre of Palermo, which was really nice for nighttime outgoings. Mr. Alessandro was welcoming and met us a little bit earlier for check-in. Cleanliness met the expected standard.

Everything was amazing.

Bellissima casa, pulita e in mezzo al centro storico. Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile: abbiamo avuto un problema con lo scarico e lo ha risolto subito. Grazie anche ad Alessandro che ci ha accompagnato nel check in e ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni per vedere Palermo. Siamo stati con la mia famiglia e ci torneremo.

Il piccolo difetto sono i cuscini durissimi, ma insignificante rispetto al resto.

"Ottima posizione."

Posizione molto centrale, ottimo il tempestivo l'intervento per risolvere un problema che si era creato, apprezzato il contatto e chiarimenti con Daniele in merito a una situazione spiacievole creata a causa di un suo collaboratore.

La casa è abbastanza fredda e umida c'è un solo split per aria calda ma le alette sono puntate solo in alto e di conseguenza il pianto sotto resta al freddo. Da non fidarsi di Alessandro un suo collaboratore persona molto poco corretta.
