Diljith is such a friendly and helpful person. He solves problems fast and ensures you have everything you need and makes you feel welcome. The hostel is very chill, near the beach, comfortable. I ended up staying for 2 weeks and made good friends :)

Rooftop will look nicer once finished! Will be ideal for yoga and meditation.

Stay amid the lash greenary of the adjacent garden, big airy neatly clean room with attached toilet. Comfy beds with clean lilen and blanket. Warm welcome by the staff . The manager was very supportive, sensible, humble and caring person. Service was top-notch. Location is non reachable by car, have to walk for a few minutes. Had a great experience to reach there by 400 miter walk within the lush green natural vegetation. The manager himself carried our luggage from the main road with a trolley.. Light House beach and Hawoa beach is 2 minutes walk from here . Provided free breakfast with delicious mouth watering traditional Kerala dish. Arranged cars for our next destination. Joined my "Go Green" program by allowing me to plant my 1002nd and 1003rd plant in the garden. My cordial thanks for this noble gesture. Very nice place for a vacation, strongly recommend.

Its a startup hostel that started in 2024, and its still on ramp up and during improovement mode. Only 50 meters from beach and beach walk, but its a quite area wich allows you to get easy into sleep. Beds, mattress, bed sheets and towels and rooms were clean and easy but good equipped. Toilet was clean and well maintained. Every day 1 bottle of water offered for free. Manager is polite, communication straight and correct, and he tries his best, to improove and to regard all positive advices and wishes of his guests. So good luck for its first season 2024 / 2025.

Shared kitchen will get enhanced by (its missed) refridgerator soon. Roof terrace will become used for breakfast after decorations and cleaning soon. Toilet paper will become stored soon.

I recently stayed at Santa Maria in Kovalam, Kerala, and it was an unforgettable experience. The hostel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the beach and a super chill vibe. The common areas are perfect for relaxing or meeting other travelers, which really made my stay special. One of the highlights was how both the staff and fellow guests went out of their way to celebrate my birthday. It was a complete surprise, and they all came together to make it a memorable day for me. Thank you, Diljith, for that. The sense of community here is amazing! The rooms were clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. If you’re traveling through Kerala, this is the place to be. I’ll definitely be back!
