overall it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We booked a two-bedroom apartment and initially found the check-in process to be smooth and efficient. The communal areas were quite dated and felt a bit run down, but as we didn’t plan to use facilities like the kitchenette, this wasn’t a major concern for us. Unfortunately, things took a turn after we returned from an evening out. One of the bedrooms had a strong and unpleasant drain smell. When we raised this, the bellboy attended promptly and appeared to already be aware of an issue with the ensuite toilet. Flushing it did improve the smell temporarily. To the hotel’s credit, the manager handled the situation quickly and arranged for us to move to another room. From that point onward, the rest of our stay was reasonably comfortable. However, the initial experience did leave a negative impression. While the manager was helpful, it was somewhat disappointing that the issue was attributed to not flushing the toilet, rather than fully acknowledging an underlying maintenance problem. Overall, while the staff were responsive and supportive, the initial ordeal impacted our perception of the hotel.

The towels where stained and bed linen weren't very clean.

The apartment was spacious and suitable for families, especially if you value privacy. Having a two-bedroom setup and a small terrace was a nice bonus. The location and overall service were good.

The hotel has no lift, only stairs, which makes it difficult for families with toddlers or elderly guests. The kitchen in the apartment was not functional the sink didn’t work and there was no fridge, microwave, or kettle. There were also maintenance issues, with leaking taps in the bathroom. Additionally, no duplicate keys they had which was inconvenient.

Been here before, the stay was pleasant.

Had to actually ask for commodities and bathroom essentials.
