"Disappointing but good location and breakfast"

Breakfast was great. 10/10

The rooms were dirty. Bed sheets were not clean. Bathroom wasnโ€™t clean either, we booked a stay for 13 people and one bathroom in particular stank a lot. We asked for towels twice at night and they didnโ€™t give any. Asked for 3 towels again the next morning (triple room) and they gave only 1. Not sure how they expect us to all share a towel. There was only one towel in the room when we first checked in which we used to dry our hands after using the bathroom.

"Helpful Staff"

The staff was very good and helpful and was available to help whenever needed a few issues were sorted when we mentioned .I would give the credit to Mr Touseef who was very helpful.

I think cleanliness could be improved a bit but overall the service was good so can't object much.
