Naughty Shades of Brighton

The location and facilities on offer were great. It is a spacious apartment with great outdoor areas. Then beds were very comfortable. The bathroom facilities and shower are great. The fun bedroom has a lot to offer and you won’t be disappointed with their construction and cleanliness.

The apartment does need some TLC and general maintenance. The shower drainage does need addressing as it overflows the shower tray area and so it does overflow onto the floor. The timber floor is suffering because of that. Access to the hot tub area would have been nice but I presumed it also needed maintenance by the look of it. Parking is a bit of a pain but so is parking anywhere in Brighton. You can park in the side road though.

Host was exceptionally helpful, sent videos of instructions for key code, heating etc, and offered great recommendations for local restaurants to make our trip even better. Also sent me a message in the morning saying the cleaner wouldn't be there until 12 so we were welcome to stay a couple hours more than the agreed time if we wanted to.

Plenty of room, a fabulous ‘play’ area, it had everything we needed. The bed was the most comfortable bed we’ve ever stayed in!! Our host was brilliant and the communication was spot on. Location perfect, just outside the city centre and was very quiet. We will be back!

Could do with a lick of paint in some places, other than that it’s lovely!
