Four star accomodation at a really good price.

Everything was fine.

The property was very clean and well equipped for all ages. A small garden was pretty and parking for two cars was helpful as day was wonderful.

Very quiet location just a short walk to the town Had everything prepared and provided for our stay, washing up liquid, toilet rolls, plenty of towels etc The owner obviously cares about the guests and what they need for a comfortable stay we were Very impressed Comfortable and well equipped cottage with everything you need for your stay The guest information and guest book demonstrates the care and attention as there is all the local information you need

No dishwasher but that’s just being picky!

Fabulous location, a short walk from Betws-y-coed. Beautiful riverside walk nearby. Good detached property with private garden. Nice sized kitchen. Good WiFi. Quiet location.

Only thing missing was a dishwasher.

Very good location and easy to find. Extremely clean property. The owner is thoughtful and leaves very clear instructions. It is clear that he wants you to really enjoy your stay. Plenty of hot water. Gorgeous garden. The owner answers the phone if you need him, but he is not intrusive and doesn’t bother you during your stay. I loved it.

I didn’t want to leave!

Lovely house in a great position in Betwys y Coed.10 minute stroll to shops and wonderful waterfall. Everything was provided for us, with good communication from the owner. Space in front garden for 2 cars. The hills, the trees, the rivers, and the streams around us were amazing. The house was very spacious and clean. We would definitely book again here.

Me and my family couldn't find anything that we didn't like. My son pointed out that a couple of stools to rest your legs on whilst relaxing in the armchairs after a long walk would be great but that is really nitpicking. They even provided a couple of large umbrellas for us too!
