L’emplacement. La proximité du parking public à 100 m mais un peu cher. L’accès à la Villa d’Este. L’accueil. Le restaurant situé en bas de l’immeuble et qui est au même propriétaire (15% de réduction sur l’addition). Chambre tout confort décorée avec goût. Kitchenette commune accessible pour rafraîchissement.

Attention l’accès à la chambre se fait par un escalier raide même si pour nous cela n’a pas été gênant.

It is too small, with very narrow stairs , but the picture shows the apartment are very spacious , the bed are not comfortable, one bed is broken , caused the back pain

After travelling to multiple destinations and hotels in Italy, this one was my favourite. Simone’s communication was perfect. She gave me everything I needed in advance and when she learned we had a tough travel day, she reserved us a table at her restaurant downstairs where he team made wonderful wine recommendations. If you go there, get the crème brulle! It came to the table on fire and we loved it. The beds in our suite were very comfortable and I think what stood out was how clean everything was. Felt so at home, we wished we could have stayed longer. Villa d’este was only a 4 min walk away and worth the stop! Stay here! You won’t regret it. Thank you Simone and team for the wonderful hospitality!

Best accommodation we used in 4 weeks travelling in Europe! Three rooms - lounge, bathroom and bedroom all spacious, modern, comfortable and clean. Comfortable mattress and access to common area kitchenette. International TV channels and great shower. Extra soft rugs available and plenty of PowerPoints and storage. Great restaurant below accommodation with discount - fantastic food. Easy to get to Rome and airport. Walking distance to Villa D'Este. Car parking close to accommodation.

'Breakfast included' only included a hot drink and crossaint.

אין מעלית אלה מדרגות גבוהות שמקשה למי שמגיע עם מזוודות או מבוגרים.. חסר קומקום ומקרר. ארוחת הבוקר היא רק קפה ומאפה.

新装修，设施新，各方面都蛮不错。员工有问必答，蛮热情细心。

老楼没电梯，搬行李吃力。早餐有点敷衍，自己餐厅休息，就让别的餐厅提供早餐，就给了一个面包一杯咖啡。另外有点奇葩的是，居然不允许在房间里吃东西，否则罚款，这个要求在booking上没有说明，不知道什么原因房东有这种的要求，住了那么多酒店和民宿，第一次遇到这样的要求。淋浴房宽度有点小，转身有点难。

A wonderful stay that made beautiful Tivoli an even more beautiful memory. The host was welcoming, and the property has been recently renovated with modern facilities. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We also enjoyed an excellent meal at Osteria Mom located right next to the property. All staff members were friendly and professional. I would be happy to return on my next visit to Tivoli.
