I really liked the kitchen, it was really functional

Just don't bother. Situated along the most frequented road apparently, the flat is a mess. About seven rooms usually full of people. All sharing two miniscule bathrooms and a single fridge. The rooms are pretty small as a result of such overcrowding. There is sadly a feeling of zero privacy since the walls are so thin you can hear other peoples conversations very clearly. The terrace that has undergone construction has pretty much zero things going for it except a couple of chairs a couch and a table. Won't even mention the possibility of horrible neighbours. Book this apartment as a last resort.

Friendly owner and tenants. Would visit again for sure.

There was maintenance job outside the building which was unpleasant, but not bothering at all.
