Booking process poor. Inaccurate / misleading descriptions such as includes taxes and parking )not on site but pay on street. Toilet private but access with a key across the corridor- poor. Rubbish pillows. Agent demanded more before releasing information. Phone number didn’t work- left messages and eventually called back from another number. Waited over an hour to get in. Overall underwhelmed and unimpressed. Not value for money - very expensive for meagre return.
