The room is spacious and clean. Plus it has a parking for free.

If you want to go to Venice and stay for 2-3 nights, stay in the heart of venice and this will save you time. It is not that it is so far away, but waiting the bus etc, spends you at least 2 hours per day. Plus it is not feasible to return to the room in the afternoon if you want to have a rest and go out again.
