Clean, nicely decorated, well-appointed, well located close to airport.

We arrived at the Venice Airport after 8pm and took a cab to the hotel. It was quick and convenient. There were a couple of restaurants still open and we opted for carry out pizza and brought it back to the apartment. There was an open kitchen area that was perfect for our group to enjoy eating the pizza. The rooms were comfortable and nice size and also very quiet. We went back to the airport to take a water taxi to San Marco Square, but the bus is super easy to take to the central station.

Staff attento e cordiale. Ottima la pulizia e la camera grande e confortevole. Gentilissimi a lasciarci il posto auto anche per la giornata successiva.

Clean space, very friendly owner, good amenities. Great area, right by the bridge to Venice with a bus stop right down the road. The owner explained the routes to us and recommended restaurants nearby!

So easy to find and check in. Room was great. Nice shared kitchen to use with coffee/tea in room. Easy walk to restaurants—we went to color’s pizza per their recommendation and it was great!! This is a perfect spot for a day or two visiting Venice that feels more authentic Italian and keeps you away from the crowds on the island.
