Venice Airport Villa Erica

Spotlessly clean, lovely kitchen and 1st floor veranda. Great communication with owner.

Nothing, great place to stay.

Very clean, and the room facilities were top class. Fully equipped communal kitchen and a roof terrace were really nice. We arrived early but communication was excellent and we were warmly welcomed and our room was ready for us. Location is excellent, close to the airport and on a main bus line into Venice city. Small touches….bottles of water, a couple of coffee capsules, a voucher for coffee/cake at a local cafe helped make us feel welcome, and the air conditioning was a life saver!! I’d definitely recommend Villa Erica as a base for anyone visiting Venice.

Really nothing negative to say.

Located in nice quiet neighborhood and easy 15min bus ride access to Venice. The place is was clean and maintained. Nice shared area of kitchen/ dining and balcony. Self check in and explanation of how to get around was well described at the property so even without meeting someone in person, we were able to get around easily. Nice breakfast voucher at near by cafe.

In the morning of the second night, I woke up with a few bites on my lower back and thigh. I think there might be mites in the bed… disappointing and concerning while the place seemed clean in general

Although we didn't meet any of the staff in person because of our unusual arrival/departure times, everything was arranged for us, and the owner/manager kept good communication via the app. Nice quiet neighborhood with a few restaurants in the walking distance and private parking.

Large room and bathroom. Comfortable bed,. Tea, coffee, and water supplied and a complimentary beakfast. Free car parking. A communal area with sink, refrigerator, crockery, glasses, and a lovely terrace. Lots of information provided on buses and where to eat.

A bit far to walk to the airport, but it is easy to catch a bus.

The room is spacious, very clean. Hosts are very nice and welcoming. Location is very close to bus stations (10 min bus driver to Piazzale Di Roma in Venice). Loved the upper terrace with Giardini Di Lucia, a nice space to indulge in the morning sun.
