GBGBI had access to the kitchen and washing facilities nearly all the time.,it was also self check in.
There wasn't really anything I didn't like well the location wasn't great as it sits in the middle of a council estate. The property is lovely but really it's just a shared house and I paid top money to stay there!

Not able to lock shared bathroom door, which is down the stairs through the living room and kitchen. Paper thin walls. The host started a very loud phone call at 6.30am which went on until 8.30am on the Sunday morning.

GBAUThis was a cheaper place to stay so I knew it was not going to be the best. We felt safe in the area and our room was a bit on the small side. It was clean. Bathroom was a bit cramped. Restaurants in walking distance.
Would have been nice to have the Wi-Fi password and connection in the room instead of knocking and waking another guest up to get it. The other guest was playing music very loud which shouldn't be allowed when people are paying money to sleep there.
