VNLocation: it's 30 min. walk from the airport and 5-10 min. walk to the bus stop where I can catch a bus to the city centre. Quietness: it's very good, in a nice neighborhood, I can sleep well at night without being disturbed
By the time I booked, it was the cheapest offer on Booking. However, compared with my budget, it is still a bit steep. I stayed in London for 5 nights in a hostel near London Bridge, and the price of that only doubles this one, 1 night in Southampton.
