The place is immaculate clean, you have your side entrance, parking, own space also though I didn't use most of the facilities but a dryer and washing machine available is brilliant, the full size fridge is way better than bar fridges even if it is older. you have a nice outside seating area. Aircon, microwave, kettle etc... also the nice little gestures like water/coffee is nice. It is a really good place

Well these things don't change the positive experience but are worth mentioning, first washing your hands in the bathroom might need you to tilt your head if you are tall like me as it is in the corner of the ceiling. Second, there is no dim/night/small light for sleeping so either dark or you can open the bathroom light and leave the door a bit open would do the job. last is that the outside area has a direct view of the other people's entrance which might not be favorable for some. The place is located at the end of a downhill street so without a car, it might be challenging to reach a bus stop without some walk. not a long walk but it's probably uphill, you can try to check on Google Maps. None of these affected my positive experience but good to know.

Everything was spotlessly clean and smelled gorgeous when we arrived. The owner was quick to respond to messages. On-site parking was great. Very quiet neighbourhood. Would definitely stay there again. Would definitely recommend.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like, I don't have 2 or 3 sentences to write, so I'm just repeating the same thing. There was nothing to dislike.
