"If not for the hot water issues it was an excellent stay"

We had no b fast but the location was exceptional and easy to get a good b fast since we were in one of the busy roads

Hot water wasn’t always a available and when we advised it was fixed straightaway got away however I n the last day we got no water again and had to leave with a cold shower

"A great location for old town Chania, a short walk from the harbour."

Great location for exploring Old Town (although you can hear the bar across the road at night - but this didn't really bother us). Housekeeping was great, with fresh towels and the room cleaned twice during our stay. The reservations team was very helpful and the lady who greeted us was really friendly (I'm sorry I didn't catch her name!). Great air con too!
