Lovely stay in old town Chania. Communication from the host was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean with nice views out onto the old town. Perfect location for exploring Chania!

The street was a little noisy at night but that's part of what you get for staying in the centre.

I loved the location. It was well insulated to noise, despite the central location. The customer service is one of the best I've received in Europe!

There was nothing i didn't like

What a beautiful place! My room (Elena) was so very sweet, spacious with a little balcony and a very comfortable canopy bed. The location was perfect for enjoying old town Chania. The best part t was communication with the hosts…I felt so welcome and cared for! My many questions were answered right away and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. I got there a little early and was able to store my luggage so that I could explore the town while I waited., and helped me to secure my ride to the airport. I am not yet used to doing everything on line, but this time it worked perfectly. This is definitely one of my favorite places I have stayed ever!

Beautiful accommodation in the centre of Jewish Quarter of Chania Old Town. Close to restaurants or shops. Very good accommodation. The room "Christopher" was very quiet and big enough for couple. Beautiful, fast and informative communication with host. Tours recommended by Santa Elena Boutique Rooms admins were amazing Amazing!!! Taxi offered by them also was worth to book. Amazing place to stay!!! Thanks a million for such beautiful stay in such beautiful Crete!!!

The host was super lovely and welcoming

The location was incredible- less than 100 steps to the harbor on a beautiful little street. The room (named “Elena”) had the sweetest balcony from which you could see the harbor and all the passers by below. The room was big, the bed was comfortable and the noise level was very low. There was plenty of hot water for showers and the room was supplied with coffee, tea, some small dishes, glasses, a Nespresso machine and a fridge. Everything we needed. When we needed a plumber to fix the sink, the manager sent one over right away. The communication with the manager was great and all messages were answered in a timely manner. We would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing location on an adorable walk streets just steps from the Harbor! And the little balcony was perfect!

Small room with not a lot of sitting space, the bed was loud (comfortable but loud when you moved around) and the bathroom was small but it was still a lovely stay!!
