Waterfront City River view

Sehr schönes Apartment für ein Wochenendtrip, fußläufig Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Direkt nebenan ein Park für Hunde ,und etwas weiter ein großer Spielplatz für Kinder.

Man muss einmal um alle Gebäude herum um einen Aufgang ohne Treppen zu finden.

The flat was not prepared to host 2 adults and 2 kids despite our clear request via booking.com. There is a sofa meant to be the bed for 2 persons, but it was completely missed to be lined and prepared. In addition, there were not even clean bed lining we could put on to allow the kids to sleep on the sofa. There were some bedlining on a dryer outside on the balkony but definitely so wet we could not use them. We called the contact number at the evening, who explained to us that the cleaning staff missed preparing the flat properly. Although the cleaning staff came at 9 pm to the flat they could not provide us any bed lining. Having two very tired small children with us this issue made our first night miserable. The flat owner / contact persons did not provide any additional bed lining later during our 3 days long stay. In addition, the kitchen was definitely unprepared as well, because the furniture cover was missing from the diswasher leaving sharp edges uncovered. When opening the door of the diswasher, the entire equipment moved out from its position, which is quite dangerous as the electric or water tubing can simply disconnect causing further issues. The flat cleaning was unacceptable in my view. Great amount of dust was underneath the open bed, many hair was visible at the corners of the badroom. In addition, the shower was almost clogged assumingly due to hair, and water suddenly accumulated even during a short few min shower. The flat was definitely overpriced and caused unexpected problems for a family with kids. I kindly ask partial reimbursement of the paid rent fee.
