The building is new and in a good location.

The heating did not work, the host gave us instructions on how to turn it on, but there was still no change. We were with a baby and it was cold, it spoiled the overall impression of the facility.

Nice, clean, new, quiet. Good for a business trip if you don't like hotels.

Complicated arrival. The floor number was not mentioned and I had to call the owner multiple times. I had to ask for the wi-fi password. (Easy fixes actually). Free parking only from 18 p.m to 8 a.m.
