The location and facilities are brilliant. The scenery is stunning and the staff are very helpful.

‏Although the hotel’s location is excellent

, the level of service was disappointing, especially considering that the price is not cheap, for the following reasons: • The bathroom was not clean. • The bed sheets were not clean. • The slippers provided in the room had already been used. • There were cockroaches in the room and a spider in the closet. • The room had an unpleasant odor. • Most importantly, despite being in a tourist area, it was very difficult to communicate with the staff (including reception) as they do not speak English. We sincerely hope that the hotel management will address these issues promptly, as they significantly affect the comfort and overall experience of the guests.

山々の景観、イタリア風の街並み、静かな環境。比較的綺麗な室内。

プ－ルは汚く、アクティビティは少ない。レストランは客数に満ちてなくなかなか座れない。街並みの割に安っぽい料理と高額な料金。
