Room size

Reception staff bad behaviour. They don't speak English. The lady at the reception was trying to steal my credit card number after payment. She try to write the number in a small paper and I stopped her. Her team is Geow. I was waiting in the reception for checking in more the 1 hour. This because the reception lady chatting in the phone. What a bad customer service. I rate this hotel zero
