Great location… we were able to cook a couple of meals as the supermarket was in walking distance.

No paper towels. No napkins. No basic olive oil, vinegar, salt, or pepper. Also, the lock box directions we followed didn’t give us entry to the apartment. Apparently, the person who was supposed to handle the keys could not get them into the lock box. This required an extra 2 phone calls to the property manager in order to obtain our keys. Also, we were unable to have natural light as the curtains on our large windows blocked our natural light.

Large, spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms and a washing mashing machine and centrally located in town. Comfortable large bed in master bedroom.

The bed for the 5th person was not very comfortable. The directions to get out of the gate for the first time were a little lacking, but once we figured it out we were fine.

Beautiful apartment, excellent location - close to the center but still very quiet and safe for a late night walks (after the opera in Arena :)).

No communication with the owner. We tried to contact the owner to find out If there are dishwasher tablets anywhere but we never heard of anyone. The main entrance to the building couldn't be open remotely as suggested by the owner in the email and if it wasn't from a neighbour we wouldn't be able to enter the apartment (the key was in a locker next to the apartment).

Exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything was comfortable, the bathrooms where clean and the showers great!

There were pans, glasses, and kitchen utensils but no plates to eat.

The property is within walking distance to attractions, shops and restaurants. The apartment is well-furnished and spacious with a good-size living room, kitchenette and two bedrooms and bathrooms. There were plenty clean towels and enough toiletries provided for our 4-night stay so we didn’t need to contact the host at all for more supplies.

Had problems opening the main gate twice. First, when we arrived—the gate wouldn’t open even if we followed the instructions to the letter. 2nd on our 2nd night when entering the apartment at 10:30pm. The system was offline. We only ate breakfast in the apartment and the kitchen could be better if the following were provided: 1. a new, clean dish sponge 2. proper size coffee cups (there was only one and the rest were espresso cups), 3. Small pots (all were too big to boil eggs) 4. Electric kettle is slightly rusty 5. a couple of dishwasher tablets 6. Dish cloth and pot holders
