The flat and the location

Bad management and security. Poor instructions overall with esp difficult access and exit which was stressful and made the property dangerous in case of fire. The gate access electrics sometimes did not work and numerous keys were provided without explanation of their use. The gate keys did not work. There was nothing programmed on the new TV and the new oven also diid not work However the contact was very helpful where possible .

Lovely apartment in the heart of the city. It was very clean and comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, the sheets were clean and the host left very clear instructions how to get inside.

It would be lovely to leave some coffee/ tea for the guests

Excellent location. Great to have two full bathrooms. And a washing machine was very convenient.

The beds are very very very hard. One pillow per person is not enough. The office staff were difficult. Every time I called to ask for help she blamed me for being wrong. They eventually made good and apologized but they were not very welcoming and pleasant interactions. Also, asked for parking recommendations when we were on the way and they told me to Google it. Not helpful! We drove around for an hour trying to find a spot. And it was a restricted area so I’m not even sure we were supposed to drive there at all. But we got none of that information beforehand. And then we discovered in the apartment is a whole list of that information pinned up by the door so it would’ve been helpful to have that BEFORE we needed it.

We absolutely loved the spacious, clean, Italian style apartment. Its central location was perfect for exploring, and having 2 bathrooms with both a bathtub and a shower was a real luxury. The host was incredibly welcoming, making this place highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.

Can't complain about anything. The host was very lovely and helpfull. I told her after our stay about 2 missing items. She told me she was going to fix personally right away the same day.
