Private guest house/Annexe

We were there to go to Man Utd match, as I was recovering from Surgery, needed to stay over. Nice area, free onsight parking. Close to Old Trafford. Easy to find. Felt safe.

Very cold when entering, took over an hour to warm up. Shower room stayed freezing whole time. Quite basic facilities which need a bit of an upgrade. Bedding adequate quality. Maybe Tea, Coffee and Sugar should be in separate sealed packages. Coffee granules in the sugar. Toilet a bit wobbly.

Second booking there. It's quiet, private and very comfortable. Mattress is AMAZING. It's a most comfortable mattress I've tried during any of my stays. Overall size of apartment is perfect and you have your own bathroom and kitchen part.

We had a very nice stay at the private guesthouse. We travelled to Manchester to attend a concert at the Co-op live, and the guesthouse was excellently located for such. We will definitely be using it again for further concerts. The guesthouse was very comfortable and was just 'enough' for a one night stay. The shower was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The TV was absolutely huge! We appreciated the shower gel, tea and coffee which had been left in the guesthouse (although there wasn't any milk for the tea and coffee etc so we didn't use it.) The small fridge was a very welcome addition for us to store bottles of pop for our journey home the next day. We had forgotten to pack towels, however 2 medium sized towels had been provided, which was thoughtful. There were plenty of plug sockets. We appreciated the contactless check-in and the late check-out time, thank you.

The only small niggle was that the provided WiFi was extremely slow to the point we didn't end up using it, but this didn't affect our stay in any way and was simply a minor inconvenience. it hasn't put us off staying again at all.

It was a lovely property but if I was being over critical the shower head was not fitting correctly so was spraying water everywhere.

Clever conversion and well-equipped. Small but has all you need for a short stay.

Shower could be spruced up. Clear accommodation information and details would have been helpful without requesting them.

Bathroom needs a shelf to put your toiletries on. No sharp knife in cutlery drawer.
