"Lovely place to stay"

Very quiet area, bathroom with shower and all facilities available. Beautiful bedding and all small decorations around.

Mattress a bit too bouncy for me but that's my personal opinion as I'm used to more firm ones. Still had very good sleep and woke up early by birds chirping outside as it's a very quiet area.

"Exceptional"

This place was absolutely fantastic. I was running the Manchester Half marathon so needed somewhere quiet. This was superb. Bed was really comfortable.

Hate toilet seats that don't stay up haha I'm nit picking though. Great place

Great idea for a room to rent! Totally recomend. Close to tram stop, only few minutes by public transport to city center. Totally recomend.

Comfortable bed. Off-street parking. Quiet location. Close to public transport links

Could use some new bed sheets and towels. An extra pillow would also be good
