Really friendly reception team always smiley and friendly. Even gave a free upgrade to us! The location was ideal for us, 2 minutes away from the beach and a brisk walk up the road to central where there were restaurants and bars in the area.

Central location to shopping center (10 min walk). and across the road room Chaweng Beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Cold aircon and fridge, bathroom was up ti scratch

Rooms are a little dated. There is a pigeon infestation right outside the windows nested inbetween aircon units. They are very loud at all hours
