Great hotel! Great location next to the beach, close to everything you need. Restaurant next to hotel is amazing.

Clean, lovely staff and great rooms. Would go again and recommend to everyone. Clean rooms bottled water provided Aircon always works.

Very close to beach. Very close to shopping.

Could use a swimming pool, not just a little plunge pool.

Incredibly toxic lady receptionist (the one that wears hijab) and mold in some of the rooms. On arrival the lady at the reception gave me a room with mold. When I told her about mold her response was literally “So what?” and a smirk. After some time they’ve finally changed the room. The other room was ok, except the balcony door didn’t lock on one of the sides. After first night I decided to extend as the location is good and the second room was ok. I booked two more nights, but missed a night in between my first two nights and the new reservation. So I went to reception to ask if they could move those nights for one day. The response was no. I asked to extend my first reservation for one more night then so I don’t have to move and change rooms (they’ve had availability online). Receptionist first told me that it will be more expensive - I said ok. Then she was doing something on her computer and then she told me that they were full and the booking did say they were full at that moment. But in an hour I checked again and the rooms were available again. I tried to make reservation with my name 4 times on different websites and all those times reservation process failed. Then I tried with a name of my friend and reservation went right through. So they turned on manual confirmation and didn’t want to let me book that one night. If I wouldn’t already booked another two nights I would’ve just left the next day but didn’t want to move few times. They are so so toxic it’s terrible. And all the just cause I said about mold on the first day.
