Everything! From the reception to the rooms! Very kind, loving staff. Beautiful spacious room, very clean. The breakfast was divine. What a beautiful property. This is the best property, the staff well trained. Tv has enough channels to watch, bathroom big and clean.

I like very much my room with yellow colour.

The breakfast room should be better arranged. It was too small. The breakfast table was often not sufficiently stocked. The plate of scrambled eggs with bacon and tomato was great.

No hot water for coffee or tea. No warm milk No written menu

Freedom the guy at reception was very polite and helpful

limited options for breakfast, the fridge in our room was noisy

The staff was very friendly,the breakfast was delicious and the rooms were comfortable and clean,

The white lady who works at the reception desk was not professional enough. We arrived before check in time and she allowed us to wait outside with our bags., until one of the cleaning staff accommodated us next to the pool and gave us water. She was so friendly and welcomed us with good hands. The following day another guest arrived before check in time but they were given their room without any hustle. I perceived the lady as a racist because I'm black and the Quests that were allowed to check in were the Indians. The attitude of the receptionist is bad and needs to be trained on customer care.
