The environment was quiet and clean. Vegetation brings fresh natural breezes of oxygen. The pools were clean. Very close to the beach. The receptionist was very friendly

Kitchen staff was not friendly and slow. We sat at dinning room for more than 10 minutes without anyone helping us. We ended up not having breakfast. The room had no windows to open. The back door had no blinds or curtains light was coming in. The toilet was faulty and noisy. The balcony was filthy dirty with cigarette stumps averywhere

Rooms were neat and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Quiet area and very close to the beach. My family and I loved the place. Will definitely consider it the next time we visit Richard's Bay ♥️
