Location, a few minutes walk from a train station, also to an old town, next to the market, very convenient. Apartment has everything I needed, clean, large, a lot of space

I did not know the apartment was on 3rd floor, no elevator as it is a very old building, after opening the door, more stairs to the attic. It might be fatal if there is a fire, nowhere to go

Nice location, if you need they provide parking.

The door is heavy to push and also during summer it’s hot inside the apartment.
