Vilnius Old Town Happiness

Everything. Brilliant location. Quiet rooms. Height of cleaniness.

The only fault is that it would be nice if the shower curtain was replaced with a new one. It is rather stained at the bottom.

Amazing location, very close to the old town. The apartment was very spacious and clean, the kitchen fully equipped. You can park your car in the courtyard, which is behind closed gates.

You could hear the neighbours coming and going, closing their doors loudly, which was a bit annoying.

Quite spacious. Comfy beds. Clean and warm. Lots of kitchen appliances. Walking distance to old town.

Could do with more cooking utensils. Don’t use too many elements and the extract fan at the same time, otherwise the power to the cooker and dishwasher will short! Host got power back on after a couple of hours. Outside appearance of the building is less than desirable, but that can’t be helped.

Large apartment, with two bedrooms and well-stocked kitchen, approximately 500 meters from the train station. Also very comfortable for reaching the old city on foot. Affordable price compared to the Vilnius average. The rating should be 7, I give 8 to encourage improvements. Negatives below are suggestions and reports, not criticisms.

High floor without stairs. If you have heavy luggage it may be not comfortable. It is also suggested to change the headboard of the bed in the main room because it is worn. Same thing for carpets and bedspreads. It would be useful to replace that very small sink with a larger one, perfect for such a large bathroom. Finally, luggage storage may not be available, so you need to go to the station to leave them for around 3 euros a day.

Great little modern apartment, perfect for families, good facilities, good bedding and a very friendly host!

Entrance up to the apartment can be a turnoff, but this is not the hosts fault. Hot water was intermittent in the morning, otherwise a very good stay!
