Pleasantly surprised with the hotel for the price.

The suite was spacious and clean. Good location for me as I was able to walk to venue for a show. Only complaint is I had to call to get sheets for the sofa bed. Feel this should be in the room. However, as soon as I called (at 2 am), it was delivered to the room. Overall very nice place to stay.

From inside the room, looks like your staying in a prison. The power went out on the last day, so cut the trip short. Shuttle service to the casino was good., but when I had to get to the lobby from the stair well cause the elevators were out, floors were not labeled, no emergency maps on how to get out and if it wasn't for a construction worker on the 2nd floor, I could still be wandering around there and when he showed me out.... I ended up in the lobby of another hotel on the opposite side of the bldg. Snacks in the room were nice

Great location, so much history. But there is NOTHING there. No bar, no roomservice, nothing in the market. Rooms are stunning, spacious snd comfortable

Converted industrial building, the property is a dual use residential and hotel. The room was exceptionally large and spacious, furnished for luxury apartment use. Very little amenities as a hotel. Located in Fishtown, right on the Delaware River, the surroundings are beautiful but out of the way. Basically need to Uber/Taxi to anywhere notable in Philadelphia.

VERY weird vibe at this hotel. 4 star very expensive but no bar, no restaurant. Have to go over to the casino that owns this hotel. It is unbelievable how unhelpful the staff is. The attitude is that they just don't care. As for the room:no forks in the full kitchen, no knives to cut anything with, no pots and pans yet there is a stovetop. Our sheets had very obviously been slept in. Continental breakfast was extremely minimalist. All prepacked junk food. For $450/night. Need customer service lessons and need to offer a full breakfast and stock the room properly and clean it.

The room was very nice and clean and the service was ok. However the parking is awful there are 30 spots along the building and they were all full and the front desk attendant had poorly explained that the overflow parking was at the casino, a 10 minute walk, or a free shuttle ride away from the hotel offered from the hotel. Non of which was explained in the listing for the room

I checked in only to be asked to leave three hours later. I did receive a refund, but the explanation wasn’t adequate. I was told that there’s a big concert in town; which i was there for, and we need the room immediately…We will refund you everything you paid two weeks Expedia.
